This year I really went all out and changed things around a bit. I usually decorate with all red and green but thought it would be nice to try and coordinate my Christmas decor with the colors in my home, and you know what, I just love it. I went with a more natural theme which looks gorgeous
with all of the blues that I have. Today I'll be showing off the foyer.....
I love how the burlap looks with the gold balls and white snowflakes. I added the grapevine garland to give it a rustic twist. Most of the ornaments were purchased in the Dollar Tree. I can't believe what I was able to create with Dollar Tree purchases.
On the table in the foyer, I kept Grandma's lamp and added some greens, burlap and a painted grapevine Christmas Tree and adorable deer.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Very beautiful, indeed! The colors compliment your home and add a warm, inviting flow! Love the grapevine "ribbon" in your garland!
ReplyDeleteMarianne your entry looks stunning!! LOVE the garland and burlap bows and your tabletop vignette is so pretty!! Martina
ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely beautiful. What an amazing garland you created. I love the wreath on the chair, a perfect accent and done in a way I never would have thought of.
ReplyDeleteLOVE IT! I used grapevine and burlap both this year and couldn't be happier. I also love your painted white tree sitting on the table.
ReplyDeleteI have the same grapevine garland that you used, but I found it in boxes of things from many years ago that hubby had. Would you mind telling me what store yours came from? I would love to have more, and can't find it anywhere in our area.
Marianne,
ReplyDeleteyour home is beautiful with all its holiday touches. That bannister is amazing but my favorite is the lovely chest and its vignette.
