My little guy had birthday party to go to at a friends house last week. His mom had told me she recently renovated the kitchen. I've seen the old kitchen and it really did need a facelift. It was a 1970's
kitchen with ugly dark wood cabinets, formica counters and old appliances. The space was quite large so it had tons of potential. Anyway, I walked into this newly renovated space and my jaw dropped. WOW, it was gorgeous, right out of a magazine white kitchen. Of course I forgot my camera. She had built in professional appliances with cabinet fronts, granite that looked like Carrera marble and a beautiful farm sink. So now, of course, I'm dreaming of a white kitchen!
Black island, marble counter top and sparkly pendant lighting. I love the
contrast of the black and white.
Coffered beaded board ceiling is just beautiful.
This is simply gorgeous....and the closest thing I could find to my dream kitchen. This kitchen was published in House Beautiful magazine and was designed by Susan Dossetter and Andrew Skurma for a home in San Francisco. I must give credit where credit is due!
