Spring Blooming

Despite all of the pouring rain and no sun that we had here in May my garden is doing fairly well.  It went from rain to 95 degree weather and now no rain for two weeks. It's time to get out the sprinklers.  My perennials are doing great and the lilies should be popping in the next week.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

  1. Your garden looks great! This weather is making everyone crazy! Cold, hot, wet, dry! It just seems to go from one extreme to the next. Thank you so much for linking up for Fresh-Cut Friday and following. :)

  4. Hi Marianne!
Thank you for your lovely comment also on Jack and Georgie. You would love Oz if you made it down here one day. I'm sure the boys would love it too - all the surf, sand and sun!
You said that like me you were having trouble commenting..? Well, I emailed blogger and they advised to clear my cookies and cache, then restart the computer. Then when you log into blogger, deselect the keep me signed in box (everytime you log in). After I tried all this, I haven't had a problem. I thought it may help you too? It's very frustrating when you can't comment and you would really love to connect with someone. Hope you are having a great weekend...

  6. Very pretty blooms. Is your Lilac a Miss Kim or Tinkerbell? I love Lilacs and have many varieties. The aroma is heavenly.
    Enjoy the day.

  8. Your garden is stunning! We have a very dry climate here and I have planted lots of drought tolerant plants but they are not pretty like yours. I have a real yearning for a garden just like yours now!

    Happy gardening!

    Best wishes and happy week,
    Natasha.
